Clear words. Careful claims.

Meet Maya Bennett
Maya is the editor and webmaster of ASQH. She has spent years turning dense health and science material into useful reading for everyday people.
She lives in Northern California and has a soft spot for strong coffee, old field guides, and finding the one line in a label that changes the whole story.
How ASQH works
We check product pages, labels, terms, human studies, regulator notes, and public customer themes. We mark the difference between a claim and a proven result. We also separate FDA-approved drugs from compounded medicines, supplements, cosmetics, and research-only products.
What we will not do
ASQH does not give personal medical advice, dosing plans, or gray-market buying help. When evidence is weak, we say so. When a reader needs care, we point to a licensed clinician.
